One of Iain Hewitson's first Melbourne restaurants, opened in Fitzroy in 1977 with Sigmund Jorgenson as his partner. Named after a Northern suburb of Paris, it achieved 3 hats in the Age Good Food Guide and was reknown for French food with a slight cuisine nouvelle twist. Other restaurants involving Iain were the Lemon Tree, Fleurie,Champagne Charlie, Last Aussie Fishcaf and Tolarno's.
